POLICY FOR SNOW DAYS/ BAD WEATHER/THE CENTER FOR SENIORS-GIBSON COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING
WHEN THE NORTH GIBSON SCHOOL DISTRICT CANCELS SCHOOL DUE TO BAD WINTER WEATHER WE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED.
WATCH YOUR LOCAL TV STATION AND LISTEN TO WRAY TO FIND OUT SCHOOL CLOSINGS. IF SCHOOL IS ON A HOLIDAY, WE WILL ANNOUNCE WE CLOSED IF WE NEED TO FOR WEATHER.
NOTE: FOR BAD WEATHER INCLUDING FOG, THERE MAY BE DELAYS. WE WILL START OUR DAY WHEN THE DELAY EXPIRES THAT DAY. EXAMPLE: TWO-HOUR DELAY MEANS WE WILL OPEN AT 10:00 A.M.
IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER EMERGENCIES TO CLOSE THE CENTER WE WILL ANNOUNCE THOSE AS NECESSARY.
