Organized in 1973 as a not-for-profit organization to benefit all Gibson County citizens age 60 and over, the GCCOA serves as assessor of senior needs and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a system of services for Older Hoosiers.  All services are provided without regard to race, religion, or ethnic origin.  Services are targeted to meet the social, educational, and economic needs of Senior Citizens.
